- Services marked 30, 60, 90, or 365 Days Refill follow the listed coverage period and conditions.
- Lifetime refill applies only when explicitly stated in the service description and remains subject to its stated conditions.
- Refill requests may be declined if the service is ineligible, the coverage period has expired, or the requirements have not been met.
- Low Drop and Non-Drop labels do not guarantee permanent retention unless expressly stated.
06. Cancellations & Refunds

- If a confirmed service failure prevents delivery, the eligible undelivered amount may be returned to your Pakfame balance after review.
